Windrush Cheeses are soft goat cheeses made by Renee and Richard Loveridge at their farm in Windrush, near Burford, in the English Cotswolds. The milk comes from British Saanen and Toggenburg goats that are fed mainly on haylage and a concentrate. Their fresh cheeses are made in pure, unflavoured variety; Dainty Herb flavoured with fresh herbs, a peppercorn-coated variety and a garlic and crack pepper cheese.
