Wakatipu White is a double cream brie cheese from New Zealand made by the Gibbston Valley Cheese Company. Made using Jersey milk, this Brie features a distinct soft white bloomy rind and a deep yellow buttery interior when fully matured. Best enjoyed at room temperature, the cheese goes well with Central Otago fruit on the cheeseboard. Its complex yoghurt flavour and the taste of fresh mushrooms pairs well with wines such as Pinot Gris, Unoaked Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot.
