Valbreso Feta is made using 100% sheep's milk coming from the Lacaune sheep, well-known for its rich and creamy milk. This crumbly white cheese is matured in brine, to achieve its unique tangy, subtly salty fresh taste. Uniquely creamy, it is available in crumbles and chunk.

This is a mild feta. I put it with tomato, basil and balsamic for a twist on caprese and it was delicious!
