Oregon Blue Cheese is an award-winning blue cheese made using raw cow’s milk. It is aged for at least 90 days in Rogue Creamery’s Roquefort modelled caves. This results in a firm but buttery paste and a clean, briny flavour with notes of sweet cream and mellow, earthy blue moulds. The cheese is made from rBST free milk, is vegetarian friendly and gluten free.

Bay Blue is a rustic-style blue cheese inspired by the coastal climes of Northern California. Produced by Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company, the Stilton-inspired cheese reveals a mellow flavour, earthy notes and sweet, salted-caramel finish. The striking natural rind of Bay Blue coats a soft, crumbly textured pate made with pasteurised milk that is gluten-free and aged for 90 days.Bay Blue's intensity pairs well with toasted hazelnuts. It melts beautifully especially in pasta or risotto.

Espresso Bellavitano is a unique Cheddar-Parmesan inspired Italian farmstead cow's cheese rubbed with fresh ground Italian roast espresso beans. The sweet, slightly smoky, roasted flavours of an espresso coffee complements the creamy and sweet BellaVitano. A Sartori-family original, this gourmet cheese is a celebrated gold medal winner at the 2014 World Cheese Awards. This artisan cheese tastes delicious with sweet pastries, nuts, bagels, chocolate and dried apricots.

Cowgirl Creamery's newest cheese is Hop Along, a rich, semi-firm organic cow's milk cheese washed with organic cider and aged 45 days, similar to cheeses made centuries ago by Trappist monks.

The nose is yeasty and sweet, reminiscent of an apple orchard, and the paste is pudgy with a silky mouthfeel that melts easily on the tongue. Hop Along offers bright acidity and flavors of brown bread and milk chocolate with a distinct savory note toward the rind.
