Le Petit Crémeux est un fromage à pâte fleurie de la Fromagerie du Gros Chêne. Il est fabriqué à base de lait de vache cru issu de l'agriculture biologique. Contient 60% de matière grasse.

Petit Cremeux du Gros-Chêne

It is a creamy cheese like a brie and tastes little sweet and buttery, made from sheep's milk. It is soft-ripened cheese with a bloomy rind and pleasant tangy taste. Its orangy rind is formed due to annato sprinkled on cheese during maturation. Made in in Lyon, France this cheese is super soft and can at times run freely.

Bresse Bleu cheese is made from pasteurised, cow's milk in Bresse, Burgundy. This is a soft French cheese, with a bloomy, edible rind and has an aroma of mushrooms. The flavour is rich and buttery. This cheese is produced in various sizes. Production of Bresse Blue was started with the objective of providing a milder alternative to blue cheese. It is very similar in flavour to Brie. Another similar cheese is Gorzonla cheese.

Bresse Bleu

Organic softened cheese from raw milk with a bloomy rind. It weighs approximately 800 grams. Le Cru des Fagnes resembles a Brie De Meaux due to its lactic feature.

However, a few weeks of storage are necessary to age it to the core and enable it to release its generous and creamy paste.

Awarded the "Coq de Cristal" at the agricultural festival of Libramont in 2003 and elected "Cheese of the year 2007" at the Walloon Cheese contest at Château d’Harzé.
