Caveman Blue is a natural rind blue cheese made using rBST free raw cow's milk. It is cave aged for at least 6 months, resulting in a mould-riddled exterior beneath which lies a thick, dense paste with a crystalline, buttery texture. The lengthy maturation gives the cheese taste of sweet, fresh buttermilk with undertones of beef and bacon, tropical fruit, grass and hay.

Barely Buzzed is a cheddar-style, full-bodied cheese made with pasteurized Jersey milk. It is produced by Beehive Cheese Company in Utah, United States. Mixture of roasted coffee and lavender buds diluted with oil is hand-rubbed on a one day old cheese and allowed to mature for over 8 months in humidity controlled facility. Fully aged cheese is creamy and smooth texture with notes of butterscotch and caramel near the rind.  It goes well with full-bodied wines, ports, bourbons, ales, stouts and ciders.
The cheese has won several awards, including a bronze medal at the World Cheese Awards in 2012, 1st place at the American Cheese Society competition in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2011.

Wensleydale is a firm, crumbly, slightly tart cow milk cheese that has been made in England since 1150. Its delicate sharpness is an ideal flavor balance to sweet-tart cranberries which are mixed into the cheese before the wheels are encased in wax.

The fruity flavor makes Wensleydale with Cranberry an ideal dessert cheese although you can just as easily incorporate it into spinach or arugula salad. Wensleydale with Cranberry is made with vegetarin rennet and is gluten-free.

Wensleydale is a historic fresh, mild cheese made in Wensleydale, North Yorkshire since 1150 by Cistercian monks. These monks continued to make the cheese until the dissolution of their monasteries in 1540. Traditionally, sheep's milk was used, but over the time cow's milk was also used. The art of making the cheese was passed by the monks to the farmer's wives who produced a blue variety of Wensleydale at their farmhouses. Today, Wensleydale is produced mainly from pasteurised cow's milk with sheep's milk added to enhance the flavour. Wensleydale Creamery in the town of Hawes is seeking to protect the name Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese under PDO designation. But there are other producers of Wensleydale cheese in parts of the UK, mainly in Shropshire and Cheshire.
Wensleydale with Cranberries is a hand-made Yorkshire cheese that is sold fresh & young at only three weeks old. The cheese has a sweet flavour of the fruity succulence of juicy cranberries with honeyed undertones.
