Saint Andre is a triple crème cow's milk cheese produced in Coutances, in the Normandy region of northwestern France. It has a high fat (75%) content because it is further enhanced with heavy cream, making it dense, buttery and rich. The rind is covered with a velvety and powdery bloomy mold while the inside is ivory white in colour. The taste of the cheese is an intense version of the Brie, another famous French soft cheese. The flavours of the satiny, edible rind are tangy perfectly complementing the rich, slightly salty and decadent centre. Saint-André topped with Caramel Pecan, Craisin-Currant-Walnut, or Roasted Tomato Pine Nut forms an ideal course for Valentine’s Day! The full, buttery taste of Saint Andre can make a white wine taste sour, so it is best suggested with a light beer, dessert wine or a slice of pear. It could also be enjoyed with a crusty French bread or a plain cracker.

Truffle Tremor is a soft-ripened goat's cheese produced by Cypress Grove Chevre, of Arcata, California, in Humboldt County. As the name suggests, it combines the earthiness of the Italian black summer truffles with tangy, lactic flavours of goat cheese. This elegant cheese has a dense, champagne-white interior mottled with small, delicate pieces of black truffle. As the cheese ripens, the paste becomes softer just under the rind, ensuring more herbaceous flavour.
Serve the cheese with Barleywine, Trippel or wines such as Riesling, Zinfandel or Cabernet Sauvignon.
The cheese won Super Gold award at World Cheese Awards 2014, Gold at California State Fair Cheese Competition, 2009, 2010 and First Place at World Championship Cheese Contest 2014.

Butterkase is a semi-soft cheese with a golden natural rind, very popular in Germany and Austria for its creamy texture, buttery like taste. Its name, when literally translated means "butter cheese," but the cheese is butter free. However, the appealing flavour and appearance makes it a great hit on a cheeseboard. Produced in Landhaus with original cultures and traditional German production methods, it is aged for a very brief period resulting in a mild taste and flavour.
This cheese ripens in one month and has a fat content of 50 per cent. Since Butterkase can be sliced, spread or melted it is a perfect table cheese. It is very good with a glass of beer.
