Curiously rubbery and soft, not the texture I’d expect from this type of cheese. No real signs of crystallisation.

The word "vintage" had me hoping for some of that crumbly salty goodness you can expect from oud belegen, but this was dismayingly young and rubbery. Claggy mouthfeel.
