Rondo is a round shape, fresh cheese made from pasteurized goat and cow's milk, made by Andante Dairy in California, United States. This wonderful looking cheese is covered with herbs that make it more delicious with grassy, herbaceous flavour. It is tangy, lemony in taste and best to eat when young. Rondo pairs very well with almost all wines.

I really dig cheeses with any time of herbs, I had this at room temperature. It had a gooey outer rind, and a firm center. Paired it with rustic fig bread. Very rich, buttery taste of fresh milk, the pink peppercorns/herbs on top added a great flavor.
