Rheba is a washed rind, soft-ripened cheese made from a mixture of sheep's and goat's milk, produced by Tieton Farm & Creamery in Yakima Valley, Eastern Washington, US. This Reblochon-style cheese is aged in the caves that gives intense flavour and yummy taste. Rheba can be enjoyed with many dishes.
