Gran Formaggio is the first Grana cheese produced in Latin America. It follows all the classic Italian culture of fabrication. To reach the ideal point of granulation and refined flavor peculiar to it, Gran Formaggio requires everything from the highest quality milk, from our own herd of Holstein Friesian cows with special care to the long period of aging. It takes a minimum of 12 months after artisan work that unites old rituals to the most advanced sector technology.
