Since 1925, the Val Fleuri dairy cooperative has developed while preserving its culture, its identity, its cheese tradition, its know-how. Twenty milk producers supply their cooperative with raw milk in Lavigney, north-west of Franche-Comté. Our cooperative remains the only artisanal fruit of Haute-Saône. Throughout its history, producers have been keen to maintain their independence and produce high quality cheeses. With us, raw milk cheeses have taste and character.
