I’ve tried this several times and I cannot get myself to enjoy it. It’s the finish that throws me off. The blue flavor is pungent but in a bad way, like bitter medicine.

I just had this on Christmas. It was so incredibly delicious and perfect on its own or paired with things on the charcuterie. 2 separate individuals commented on how much they loooooooooved it, asking me which kind it was.
