Produced by Romaniae Terrae, Pecorino Camomilla is an Italian cheese made with highly selected sheep's milk, pasteurized at optimum temperature. It is covered with chamomile flowers and then left to mature in virgin fir crates for over 60 days. This keeps the cheese soft and gives it an intense, floral scent.This is a white, smooth cheese that becomes creamier with age. Thanks to the chamomile flowers, the cheese has its own unique softness.
