Oregon Blue Cheese is an award-winning blue cheese made using raw cow’s milk. It is aged for at least 90 days in Rogue Creamery’s Roquefort modelled caves. This results in a firm but buttery paste and a clean, briny flavour with notes of sweet cream and mellow, earthy blue moulds. The cheese is made from rBST free milk, is vegetarian friendly and gluten free.

Surprisingly mild and sweet despite its age when consumed, especially for a blue. Crumbly texture.
