Traditional aged for 10 months. This wonderful Dutch cheese from polder of Moth Holland, where cows graze in areas that were once the domain of the sea. This gives the grass in these areas a unique salty composition that produces superior quality milk. This, together with the centuries-old recipe, is the secret behind the rich taste of Old Rotterdam.
