Born out of serendipity, Mountain Top is a delicious and unique American Original cheese. Shaped using the classic pyramid Valencay mold, this cheese uses uses surface blue mold to cover the cheese instead of the traditional ash. Mountain Top is a favorite of soft-ripened connoisseurs and remains their single most awarded cheese including a 2019 Good Food Award.

A very mild blue with a rich, creamy body and grassy, goat funkiness. Amazing with pepper jelly and some crispy toasted bread, as their market stall served it on an excellent cheese plate.
