Mont d’or is a well known cheese fron Franche-Comté. Most of them are made in fruitières or dairies, the Mamet family is producing the only farmhouse Mont d’or. Once baked it does’nt render any fat makingnit very digestable.

Eaten at room temperature it’s already one of the best Mont d’or, creamy and delicate. When baked, it kills all other Mont d’Or as no fat is rendered. You can easily eat the whole thing.
