Melkbus® 237 Original follows a classic “Boerenkaas” or farmers cheese recipe, which is handcrafted in small batches using only the freshest milk. Using unpasteurized milk helps to create deep flavor complexity unlike its pasteurized counterparts. Upon aging, the cheese develops a rich, sweet cream taste with brazil nuts and dried apricots. It’s age also helps create that famed aged cheese “crunch” which is loved so much.
