L'Aveyronnais is one of the highly perfumed French cheeses. It originated in 'massif des Causses' region, France. Made by one remarkable producer in the entire region, it tastes delicious. A leaf-wrapped cheese, L'Aveyronnais, is made from thermalised cow milk. It has soft, tasty pâte and vegetarian rennet.
