L’Amuse Signature Gouda is a hard, Dutch cheese made in Beemster, Netherlands using Holstein Friesian cow's milk. The cheese is matured in warm temperature for more than two years. The paste of matured cheese is deep yellow-amber in colour, with long-lasting creamy, salty, buttery and nutty flavours. Since the cheese is made year-round , the characteristics of the cheese changes with the season.
