Made from pasteurized cow's milk, considered a vegetarian cheese because a vegetable rennet is used. The blending of cheddar with Porter is striking to the eye & easy on the palate. Pebble sized curds are veined w/dark brown Porter beer creating a rich marbled appearance. The porter does not overwhelm the cheddar it contributes depth & meatiness.
