Granbù is an Italian hard cheese made with full-fat pasteurized buffalo milk by Quattro Portoni in Bergamo, Italy. It has a straw yellow colour, and is firm with sporadic holes with a hard and lined yellowish rind. The aroma is fresh and buttery while the flavour is intense and enveloping with the sweetness of buffalo's milk.
