Fleur de Ré is produced in the west of France by Fontenille created in 1994. The inspiration for the name of this delicate cheese comes from the Island in France: île de Ré. Located in Poitou-Charentes region, Fontenille is famous for producing delicious goat cheeses such as the AOP Chabichou du Poitou.
