Finca Pascualete Torta is made from raw sheep's milk by Finca Pascualete Creamery in South-eastern Spain. A delicate, extremely creamy well defined cheese with a hint of wild flowers used during curdling is persistent on the palate.

Zo lekker pittig, deze die ik heb geprobeerd was al wel heel erg oud (iets over datum oeps) dus daarom denk ik wat scherper maar alsnog zo lekker! Lekker zacht, hij smolt helemaal.
