Dorblu is a blue cheese made using pasteurized cow's milk, made by Käserei Champignon, Lauben / Allgäu, Germany. The cheese is white-yellow in colour with blue veins throughout the paste. It has a smooth consistency with spicy flavour. Dorblu à la crème: a spreadable variety of Dorblu cheese.
