A creamier and smoother variant of the original Greek Feta cheese, Danish White (also called Danish Feta) is made from cow's milk. Though it isn't authentic, the Danish type of feta wins heart over with its mild flavour and ability to be cubed and sliced without crumbling. It is available in classic flavour as well as spiced with various herbs such as garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Danish White is well suited for salads and can also be served grilled.
