I almost thought this was spoiled at first due to the consistency. It’s a little too runny for my taste, but the flavor isn’t bad.

It’s very runny. I would pair it with cracker to give it more texture. And maybe 1 pecan or walnut

I know that cheesemaker, but not that cheese. It doesn't look good on the picture. Has it been too hot or something? It looks too ripe and spoiled... Caseificio dell'Alta Langa usually makes great cheeses, such as the La Tur, the Robiola Bosina, the Cravanzina, etc. Something went wrong here...
