The one I had was much more yellow than the picture and it was fully at room temperature. Intensely umami and salty. I do prefer sweeter and creamier but I really enjoyed it and would Love to see it on a cheese board. The salty richness was ridiculous with medjool dates. 10/10 when combined with dates at room temp-woooww
