The Comtesse de Vichy is a raw milk cheese and whole cow, soft pressed by simple draining and rind flowery, manufactured by the Fromagerie des Pays d'Urfe and refined by the Laitière Company of Vichy, in the department of Loire in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
