Produced at the Ford Farm in the beautiful Dorset area of England, the Coastal Cheddar cheese is made from cow’s milk. The cheese is aged for about 15 months after which it gets a sweet taste and a distinct crunch which is the result of the calcium lactate crystals formation which occurs naturally. This cheese can be enjoyed with almost anything.
