A vintage Gouda traditionally aged for 3 years on wooden shelves. Great for snacking with dried apricots and nuts, grate it over pastas and salads, pairs nicely with a fine Merlot.

Love an aged cheese! Incredible depth and nuttiness, with some hardcore crystals from the ageing. Delicious gobbled in chunks on it's own.

Great stuff right here thanks to the presence of the cheese crystals. The tang and the crunch is a one-two combo to the tastebuds and I’d go toe to toe with it every night of the week. That being said, I’ll be seeing this cheese again soon. And again after that.
