Cheddar is originally a product of England, but now, Canada produces some of the best Aged Vintage Cheddar in the world. This white cheddar is made from unpasteurized Ottawa Valley cow’s milk. This cheese ages naturally for 5 years cheddar in our vault in order to develop a majestic texture and taste for you to enjoy.
