Champignon de Luxe Garlic is a soft-ripened, double-cream cheese made by Käserei Champignon, Lauben / Allgäu, Germany. This Brie style cheese has herbal and spicy flavour. Finely chopped chives and garlic gives a distinction colour and aroma. The cheese can be eaten with steak, bread or meal. It pairs well with strong white wines or  red Bordeaux wines.
