Finished with a coating of fine herbs, this aromatic cheese has a mild tangy flavor, not as overwhelming as other goat cheeses, and a smooth, dense and rich creamy texture. Perfect to add to a cheese board, make sure you have plenty of crackers or bread to spread this on.
