On the face of it, this semi-hard cheese looks mild, like a regular norwegian cheese. It even has a rather mild aroma. But the flavour, the flavour is sharp. Dry, and with noticeable salt. A lot of flavour. Delicious on a warm loaf of sourdough bread, or as a snack with a glass of white wine. Excellent.
