Reminiscent of a mellower Roquefort. Aged about 3 months and made up of 70% cow and 15% each of goat and ewe milk. Fudge-like paste with moderate blue veining.

One of my favorite cheeses. I’m not really a big fan of bleu cheese by itself but this is so good I’ve eaten it as a snack. Second time buying it and definitely won’t be the last!
