The pretty packaging surrounding Borgonzola (at least at Aldi) lured me in. However from the first bite I knew this was not going to be my favorite cheese. It is a bit creamier than a Brie, but has a lot more of what I deem as "stank". It was also saltier than I typically prefer. My best experience was when I paired it with very spicy foods. Overall not a great cheese, especially as a stand alone.
