Loved this soft cheese! Mild starting out and develops a tang that I really enjoyed. Great even just plain on its own.

Este foi o meu primeiro queijo de Alta Langa, então minhas expectativas eram altas. O que torna este queijo especial é o fato de misturar leite de vaca e ovelha. O resultado é um delicioso queijo cremoso!
