Superb, hard to find cheese with buttery texture, strong just like any blue should be and nutty thanks to the fenugreek. Bretagne may not be know for it's cheese, but cows there make the best butter so the farmers have all they need to start ! While Normandie is struggling and lagging behind, selling it's know-how to big companies and giving up on raw milk, their neighbors have taken on to preserving French traditions and they prove here they are not amateurs.
