Named after a landmark, Ascutney Mountain has chewy and dense paste with sweet, nutty taste. The cheese is aged for 7 to 8 months. This award winning cheese has a complex flavour with hints of hazelnuts, cream and sweet onion. It goes well with malty brown ale.
