I definitely prefer Smoked British Cheddar, but this is still really good. On it’s own it is decent, but the thing is, you can barely taste the smokiness and the cheese. So it almost tastes like nothing. But paired with something as simple as a cracker or a red grape and it’s really good.

Not a huge fan of smoked cheeses (I'd rather taste the cheese) so I don't try many... but this one might be my favorite yet. Smoke is overpowering at first and makes it taste almost like doublesmoked salmon or smoked ham. But I then find a deep creaminess, some salty crunch followed by a more subtle, harmonious smoke.
