Amablu Blue cheese is made from whole cows unpastuerized milk. A hand made cheese, mixed with little amount of cheese culture, rennet and Penicillium rocquefortii. It has a rich and creamy flavour with a little salty taste. Maturity is attained within a period of 75 days.
